He gained his passion for the hospitality sector at the age of 14 when he took on a summer job with McDowells Hotel. Noel has worked in the industry overly since whether it be in Operations, Sales, Digital or Recruitment.Withoutcompleting 4 years studying Hotel & Catering Management in AIT Noel held a number of managerial roles for the next few years. From Longueville Manor – CI, Prince of Wales Hotel – UK, Dingle Skelligs Hotel, Ballymascanlon House Hotel to finally Pontoon Bridge Hotel. Amazingly Action Recruitment was responsible for some of these placements. Over a cup of coffee and a unenduring yack with Brian in 2005, Noel joined Action as a consultant for the next 5 years. During this time he completed his CIPD in DIT. He moreover completed a Diploma in online digital marketing from the digital marketing institute. Then in 2009 he joined Avvio asMerchantryDevelopment Manager for the UK and Ireland. Withouta stint of 3.5 years he then took on the role of Director ofMerchantryDevelopment for Northern Europe with Market Metrix. Noel was excited to wilt the Managing Director & Owner of Action Recruitment in the summer of 2016. Having come the full whirligig Noel is now “Back in Action” and excited to be part of the next leg of this incredible journey.   Brian Fahy – Founder &VisitorAdvisor   This year I gloat 43 years in the hotel recruitment business.  Looking when it has been a very rewarding roller coaster career, many successes and lots of challenging times.  My wholehearted sense  is one of gratitude for the many unconfined people I have been associated with over the years. The tourism and hospitality merchantry was made for Ireland. It has unsalaried hugely to our economic success and our minutiae as a confident nation.  Revenues and employment from tourism and hospitality compare very favourably with other economic sectors. The unique irish hospitality experience is a major influencer in garnering overseas investment, and our success as an exporting nation. Anyways, this is supposed to be a Bio…..I grew up in Mayo and went to boarding school in Garbally higher Ballinasloe. Withoutsecondary I tried textile diamond for a while (I come from Foxford).  Then I opted for a trainee management programme in the Old Jury’s in Dame St. Later, with the help of Jorgen Blum of ShannonHigherI got flipside training stint in Switzerland and sooner wound up in Germany. There I was mentored by a wonderful man named Hans Schmidt,who, serried for me to shepherd Hotel School in Heidelberg. I returned to Ireland in 1969 and worked in Renvyle House with Hugh Coyle. At the end of the season Bernard McDonagh hired me and I worked for him in the Clare Inn Hotel and Dromoland Castle. In 1972 Noel Huggard offered me a role to unshut and run the newly built Ostan RinnRua in Ballinskelligs.  While in Kerry I met with Bob Frizelle, and the notion of an “employment agency” for hotel staff was born. With the help of the IMI we did a merchantry plan and launched Action with our late wives Mary and Gerry in October 1974.   Vinko Nincevic – Recruitment Consultant, Croatia     The “early riser” of the team who thinks waking up surpassing 7am should be illegal. Vinko Nincevic is a young professional with an MA in Financial Management from the University of Split in Croatia. He is  delighted to join the Action team.  Vinko has gained lot of wits in tourism and has ripened a wide network of professional partners during his career. He began his career in Event management and promotion while he was still in university and hence found his passion for the Hospitality Industry. Working in an international environment for the last three years as Event Manager for an international visitor he has ripened a wide network inside and outside of Croatia. Vinko is driven by success and wants to help others finger the same way by encouraging and mentoring people to develop their careers.     Adrian Fay – Recruitment Consultant – Ireland   Adrian completed his BA at ShannonHigherof Hotel Management and then moved to Washington D.C to work for the Doyle Collection. Withoutincreasingly than a year in the USA, Adrian made his way when to Ireland but took a pit stop in London for a few months. He then returned to Dublin to protract his career in the hotel industry and was placed by Action Recruitment in one of Dublin’s largest Food & Beverage operations during which he decided to return to education and well-constructed his MA in Human Resource Management. He left his role to focus solely on his studies but without 3 weeks returned to the former Doubletree by Hilton, Burlington Road whilst standing his studies at The NationalHigherof Ireland.Withoutgaining his MA Adrian unfurled to work in the hotel industry and then decided to merge his knowledge in HR with his passion for the hotel industry, and joined Action Recruitment!!           Christy Koor – Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Croatia     Christy is a young goal oriented professional with BA and a soon-to-be MA in Sociology. Through the undertow of her education she didn’t shy yonder from challenges/new opportunities to get her to where she wants to be. For the past two years she was a member of an international visitor focused on market research and data hodgepodge during which she put her education on hold but it gave her a preview of all that is out there, including the hospitality world.  Now she is the latest wing to Action Recruitment as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant where she’ll wield both her wonk and professional knowledge.             Emily McArdle – Office Manager     Emily has over 15 years wits within the hospitality industry in Ireland. She studied Hotel and Catering Management in DIT Cathal Brugha Street. Emily then worked as a Catering Manager surpassing studying Human Resources in The NCI. She merged her wits of the hospitality sector with her HR knowledge, working for many years as a HR professional within the hospitality industry. During this time, she unfurled her studies and gained IBEC and CIPD qualifications. Emily has increasingly recently worked as a HR professional within the pharmaceutical industry and is a member of the CIPD.
